This was a fun animation to create. We filmed the zoo animals at Ipswich (near Brisbane) and coerced them into the right positions for the mouth animation, which was fun.
The animal heads were then tracked and brought into Modo for animation. I needed to create a CG version of their snouts and beaks which I then animated to the voice actors words. I then rendered them out of Modo and composited them in After Effects.
